- 1 vanilla carb master yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp Blueberry Cinnamon Bun Cashew Butter
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp sugar free whipped cream
- 1 cup of ice
