INGREDIENTS:

- 4 egg whites
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tbs butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbs cream cheese (for softer bread)
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

METHOD
- Add seasoning or, spices if desired (rosemary or garlic for a savory bread and cinnamon and/or sweetener for a sweet bread).
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
